Yes. Starting at $800 + 18% Service Fee & Tax – Or, If customers are responsible to pay for their own meal, then we have a minimum guarantee of $650 Monday-Friday and $800 Saturday and Sunday. This means that if we sell the minimum amount worth of food then no one owes us anything. If we sell less than that, then someone is responsible to make up the difference. Our average per head price is $15. Food Minimum Required for all catering Truck events.

Depending on your menu selections and quantities, between 40 to 65 meals.

Yes. We have drop-off catering for smaller groups. We can also bring out the truck, but the $800 + 18% Service Fee & Tax plus tax must be met.

Our Truck will serve for 2 hours. We will arrive about 1.5/2 hours prior to the event start time to begin setting up.

Yes. We can accommodate a longer service time for an additional $100 per hour of service.

All our meal come in small open-faced trays.

No. Final menu selections and quantities are required at least 14 days before the event date.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance. We can however accommodate an event with a 5 day notice if there is availability.
