Guarantees & Minimums

Minimum Guarantee for Public Event Where Customers Pay for Their Own Meal:

If customers are responsible for paying for their own meal, then we have a minimum guarantee of $650 plus sales tax Monday-Friday for lunch and $800 plus sales tax Friday (Dinner), Saturday, and Sunday. This means that if we sell the minimum amount worth of food then no one owes us anything. If we sell less than that, someone is responsible for making up the difference. Our average per-head price is $15.

Minimum Requirement for 50 People or Less:

$800 + 18% Service Fee & Sales Tax

What’s Covered:

• 50 people or less ($16 per meal above 50 people)
• 50 meals, each extra time through the line counts as an extra meal. 
• 1.5 hour service time
  • $50 per 30 minutes extra
• 2-3 Choices of Mains, 1-2 Choices of Sides. *Vegetarian/Vegan options available upon request.
• Drinks are not included (If you want drinks, let us know, and we can add it to the per head price)

Minimum Requirement for 50 People or More:

$1,000 + 18% Service Fee & Sales Tax

What’s Covered:

• 65 people or less ($15 per person above 65 people)
• 65 meals, each extra time through the line counts as an extra meal. 
• 2 hour service time
  • $50 per 30 minutes extra
• 2-3 Choices of Mains, 1-2 Choices of Sides. *Vegetarian/Vegan options available upon request.
